We have
compiled some of the most Frequently asked questions about our Boot Camp. If you have a question that is not
addressed here, please call 610-266-7811 or email igetfit@yahoo.com and we will answer them for
you.
Q - I’m out of shape, will I be able to do Boot Camp?
A – Yes! Our Boot Camp is meant to challenge people of all fitness levels by using
exercises that are adaptable. No one will be left behind.
Q – What if I miss a class?
A – It is important that everyone camper makes a real effort to not miss a class but
things do happen. All anyone can do is try his or her best to make every Boot Camp session. Missed classes
are not made up or refunded unless accompanied by a doctors note.
Q - Why is camp only 45 minutes long?
A - We are very proud to offer incredibly effective workouts that are also time
efficient. Our total body approach and focus on multi-joint movements allows us to accomplish alot in
a more compact workout. It's not how much time you spend, it's how much work you accomplish.
Q – Is camp co-ed?
A - All camps are co-ed with the exception of our Womens Only Indoor Camp.
Q – Will my instructor be yelling me at?
A – No. Our Boot Camp is meant to be a great workout experience but we also want it to
be fun. It is our belief that the majority of people do not want a ‘drill sergeant’ type instructor yelling
at them. You instructor will treat you with respect and encouragement.
Q – What about rain?
A – Boot Camp is meant to be challenging in many ways. We will have our Boot Camp
outdoors, even if there is some rain. In the event of heavy rain or storms we will move the camp inside or
reschedule.
Q – What about cold/hot weather?
A – Again, Boot Camp is meant to be a challenge. Campers are part of an outdoor
fitness program, should plan on the possibility of weather challenges and must dress accordingly. In the
event of extreme weather we will move the camp inside or reschedule.
Q – What do I need to bring with me?
A – You will need a large towel and water.
Q – Will I have to run?
A – There will undoubtedly be some running drills in your Boot Camp as well as the
possibility of some running for the warm-up. There will be no distance running. If running is a problem for
you than you can walk, no one will be left behind.
Q – What if I don’t like it?
A – We want you to pursue your health and fitness goals. Anyone who does not love his
or her Boot Camp experience will receive a free three-month membership at FitQuest Fitness. This is a $140
value.
Q – What if I can’t keep up with the others?
A – In our boot camps, there is no such thing as ‘keeping up’. This is your workout
and the only person you should focus on is you. Everyone is encouraged to do their personal best, whatever
that may be.
