Our Totally Fit Boot Camp consists of effective, challenging, fun and creative workouts designed to get you feeling good and looking great! People of ALL fitness levels, MALE or FEMALE, can participate and will receive an awesome workout experience. You will be challenged and motivated to work at your highest capability, whatever that may be. Anyone from the extremely conditioned to the de-conditioned can do our boot camp and experience amazing results!

I wanted to thank you for providing these camps and sharing your dedication to fitness. A year and a half ago, I was 50 lbs heavier in a size 16 dress. I was also a smoker with terrible eating habits and no workout routine. Since having my gastric bypass in march I have lost 60 lbs but still have 50 to go and I definitely notice that exercise makes the scale move faster and I have SO much energy afterwards!! I actually require less sleep at night now and I know it's because of being healthier and exercising!! I also love the instructors.. They are so fun and so full of energy!! just 4 months ago I would not have even considered bootcamp because I hated exercise. Now I love it!! I never want to fall back into my old ways. Today was the last day of Boot Camp, I can't wait to start another! It sure is hard to wake up, but once you're there you don't regret it. An added bonus is the hour and a half that I have all to myself before the kids wake up. Feel Good, feel real good! I feel stronger, the next camp will probably show more improvement.

Our fitness boot camps are sold as four week programs. Our camps are held outdoors unless otherwise noted. We meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each camp session lasts 45 minutes. All camps are Co-Ed except our Womens Only Indoor camp.
