    designed to get you feeling good and looking great! People of ALL fitness levels,
    MALE or FEMALE can participate and will receive an awesome workout

    capability, whatever that may be, from the extremely conditioned to the de-
    conditioned. ANYONE can do our Boot Camp!  You DO NOT have to be in shape to
    start, but commit to it and you WILL feel better than when you walked into camp.

    "I was in some decent shape before starting boot camp, but by the end
    of the second week, I was really seeing improvements in my strength
    and endurance; as an added bonus, I lost a few more pounds as a result
    of gaining leaner, stronger muscles!  The experience was challenging but
